Founded by Avery Stewart, GallopWorks LLC combines a deep understanding of equine operations with extensive expertise in business management to deliver tailored solutions for businesses across industries.

As a third-generation horsewoman, my journey with horses began in the saddle, fox hunting alongside my grandparents as a toddler. Growing up in a family where horses were a way of life, I was guided by my mother—a professional trainer—and mentored by several prominent coaches. This foundation led to a successful junior career, earning Top 10 national rankings in hunter/jumper divisions, qualifying for prestigious finals, and gaining diverse experience across disciplines, including polo and racing.

Now, as an amateur, my passion for the sport continues as I focus on eventing, embracing the challenges and rewards of a new discipline.

While my equestrian roots remain strong, I transitioned to a corporate career, gaining invaluable experience in operations and management. I’ve worked with Unicorn startups, Fortune 500 companies, and the corporate office of Dover Saddlery, building a strong foundation in supply chain management, project execution, and business optimization. These roles honed my ability to streamline processes, foster growth, and drive success in fast-paced environments.

At GallopWorks LLC, I blend my equestrian background with corporate expertise to serve a broad range of clients—from equine businesses like stables, sales barns, and wellness centers to non-equine businesses, including startups and large enterprises. My mission is to help businesses of all kinds optimize their operations, enabling them to focus on what they do best while achieving sustainable growth.
